Annapurna Region The diverse terrain and variety of cultures of the region north of Pokhara make each days walk a different experience and make the area the most popular destination in the country. Four favorite treks, each with a minimum of about one week and a maximum of three-week treks, to the Kali-Gandaki basin include the Manang region, the Annapurna range, Jomsom, and the Annapurna Sanctuary. Alpine meadows, moraines, glaciers, and breathtaking views of the Annapurna range abound. The three-hundred kilometer Annapurna Circuit combines the first two areas by crossing a high altitude pass, Manang Thorang-La (5416 meters), and takes up to three weeks to complete.

The Everest region is located in Sagarmatha National Park in the northeast of Nepal. Trekking through the middle hills of Solukhumbu into the higher altitudes of Khumbu and to the base of Mt. Everest (Sagarmatha in Nepalese) provides an opportunity to observe and participate in the daily life of the legendary Sherpa people. The prime attraction however is Mt Everest itself standing at a height of 8848m and the national park is also home to two other eight thousands – Lhotse and Cho Yu – as well as several other prominent peaks above 6000m. Designated as a World Heritage Site in 1979, much of the 1148 sq. km national park lies above 3000m.
Explore treksThe Kanchenjunga Region Trek is one of Nepal's most remote and rewarding trekking adventures, taking travelers into the pristine wilderness surrounding Kanchenjunga (8,586m), the third-highest mountain in the world. Located in eastern Nepal near the borders of India and Tibet, this spectacular region offers breathtaking mountain scenery, diverse landscapes, rich biodiversity, and authentic cultural encounters with Rai, Limbu, Sherpa, and Tibetan communities. Trekkers journey through lush forests, alpine meadows, glacial valleys, and traditional villages while enjoying magnificent views of Kanchenjunga and neighboring Himalayan peaks. Far less crowded than the Everest and Annapurna regions, the Kanchenjunga trekking area is perfect for those seeking an off-the-beaten-path Himalayan experience filled with adventure, solitude, and unspoiled natural beauty.
Explore treksLangtang Region Treks are among Nepal’s most rewarding short treks. The east-west valley offers stunning alpine scenery and a chance to meet unique local people. Allow at least one week, plus extra days for acclimatization and side trips. The route passes through Langtang National Park, where you may spot monkeys, musk deer, Pika, and Nepal’s colorful national bird, the Danphe. The trek typically starts from Dhunche or Syabrubesi.

Amazing trek to Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley
“An incredible experience. Mr Madan helped us organize everything in advance in a very clear and professional way. Permits were obtained, we were introduced to the guide and the pricing was competitive and it was clear what we payed for and that the price was fair. We set off with our guide Mr Resham on a trek of 18 days. I traveled together with a Vietnamese friend. We both were fit and able to do parts of the trek faster then planned, which allowed us to visit a Tibetan cultural village up the valley from Chumling which was amazing. Overall, we were flexible in our itinerary which was great. When we proposed to spend a night in a monastery in the Tsum valley, this was no problem, although this meant a bad night sleep, also for Resham. In general, Resham is an extremely kind guy who listened to our requests perfectly for which I’m very thankful. Resham is an amazing guide who takes time to explain things, is always there to help no matter what and is flexible to your demands. We told him we would prefer to stay a night in a more quite and less touristy village and he arranged it, as he knows the region very well. I had some issues with the altitude the day prior to the day we passed the pass. He handled this very relaxed, professionally, told me what to do and how to think, and that everything will be ok. In case it was required when something happened, we had one day of flexibility in our itinerary, but we finished the trek one day earlier. Very professional and important to keep this space, just in case. After I finished the Manaslu circuit I already booked tickets to Lukla with Touch The Himalaya to depart in one week. I however didn’t feel like doing that anymore as my body felt a bit weak from traveling for 8 months straight. I called Madan and he cancelled the tickets for me without any problems. A beautiful experience!!! I will definitely do it again if I have the chance!! Thank you!!! ”

Manaslu/Tsum - the perfect guiding company!
“From the first interaction we were happy with this company. There was prompt and professional email contact. When we arrived, everything ran smoothly. This is a trustworthy company and we had no issues with payments, costs, or hidden fees. Guides are from Manaslu area (we had Roshan who was SPECTACULAR) so are experts here as well as in other treks of Nepal. He knew all the good spots to stay, and kept us motivated on the long days. Certainly I recommend this company for all, and will be contacting them on my next trip to Nepal!”
